Debido al crecimiento que está experimentando, busca incorporar un Legal Associate para sus oficinas de Madrid, cuyas funciones serán: - Preparar y revisar contratos, acuerdos y otros documentos legales relacionados con las operaciones y las transacciones financieras de la empresa - Asegurarse de que los contratos cumplan con todas las leyes y regulaciones aplicables en los diferentes ámbitos - Identificar y evaluar los riesgos legales y proporcionar estrategias y soluciones para minimizar y mitigar dichos riesgos - Proporcionar soluciones creativas, personalizadas, hechas a la medida de cada operación Es tu oportunidad si: - Tienes experiência en derecho civil y mercantil. - Tienes experiência en equity. - Te encanta elaborar soluciones personalizadas, no estándar - Eres un profesional orientado al detalle, con entusiasmo y creatividad
