We are looking for an Attorney with at least **5 years** of experience in **Administrative Law**.

**We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.**
**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as Associate Legal Counsel will involve**:
- Legal advice in administrative and regulatory law matters.
- Assisting in the submission and follow up of public tenders, grants, and subsidies.
- Management of administrative and contentious-administrative procedures.
- Collaboration with different departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Legal advice and coordination with external advisors in regulatory matters in third jurisdictions.
Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should have**:
- A Law degree with good academic record.
- Master's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative law.
- Full proficiency in spoken and written legal English.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to assume responsibilities independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work accurately with strong attention to
- Multitasking, accustomed to working on multiple issues simultaneously.
- High levels of ethics, integrity, and
- Experience in the higher education legal sector or a in a prestigious legal firm will be highly valued
