Technical Services Team Lead

**About the role**

**What you'll be doing**:
Management and Services Administration
- Manages and assigns incoming work to AIS Technical Teams
- Coordinate opportunities and work with pre-sales, sales, and partner teams
- Evaluates the effectiveness of resource utilization, adjusting accordingly.
- Identifies gaps in resources that impact on the organization's effectiveness.
- Develops strategies to address resource issues.
- Organizes team efforts using methods associated with industry best practices
- Develops service measurement/management tools and processes.
- Develops customer satisfaction surveys and key performance indicators for AIS work.
- Writes/negotiates operational level and internal service level agreements.
- Manages a team of consultants supporting them in their personal and career development

Quality
- Manage the quality of Cloud / Development / Scripting Services Delivery for AIS
- Drive best practice and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance throughout your teams
- Strategic Partners & Delivery
- Coordinate pre-sales support to expedite package and kick starter engagement sales
- Manage the internal customer (PS) experience and that overall customer satisfaction is at the forefront of each client engagement we embark on
- Manage scheduled work and all follow-up actions being completed in an accurate and timely manner, and help to facilitate close working relationships between AIS and other parts of Professional Services

Strategic Partners & Delivery
- Coordinate pre-sales support to expedite package and kick starter engagement sales
- Manage the internal customer (PS) experience and that overall customer satisfaction is at the forefront of each client engagement we embark on
- Manage scheduled work and all follow-up actions being completed in an accurate and timely manner, and help to facilitate close working relationships between AIS and other parts of Professional Services

**What we're looking for**:

- Confident leader, experience managing people/teams
- Understanding of the professional services business model
- General knowledge of technical engagements for Gitlab / Migrations / Cloud / Development / Scripting and adjacent ecosystems
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills
- An ability to think innovatively and creatively
- Drive and aptitude to manage a broad range of responsibilities
- High level of attention to detail
- General understanding of the software development life cycle
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple work streams
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; must be fluent in both at a business level.
