**Job Description**:
We are looking for a External Commercial for MICE, Corporate & Leisure, for one of Accor hotels in Madrid, who through his passion, motivation and commitment, is able to develop solid relationships, create bonds with customers and create memorable experiences to our clients.

Main Missions:
DEFINITION AND MONITORING OF THE COMMERCIAL ACTION PLAN
- Define the hotel's annual Commercial Action Plan
- Prospecting and attracting new clients
- Promote of hotel services to clients of the MICE segments, Corporate and Leisure.
- Commercial visits to loyal customers and the hotel's influence area.
- Participation in National and International commercial Actions, Workshops and Fairs.
- Monitoring the accomplishment of the compliance of the commercial actions of GSO according to the GSO action plan.
- Maintenance and Planning of Clientes Database.
- Collaborate with the digital communication plan (Web, RRSS,...)

INCREASE THE SALES OF THE HOTEL MAIN SERVICES
- Quotation and confirmation of Events
- Corporate Rates Quote
- Inspection visits
- Develop annual agreements with portfolio accounts and new clients
- Monitoring of hotel results and definition of Upselling actions.
- Search for sales and upselling opportunities in each transaction.
- Positioning of the product against the competition
- Launch of Promotions

RESULTS ACHIEVEMENT
- Ensure ROI of commercial actions
- Budget monitoring of the commercial actions
- Ensure that the management results for the department are in line with the objectives of the hotel.
- Administrative tasks related to the Commercial Action Plan
- Department cost control
- Monthly provisions
- Participation in the budget process
- Accor strategy alignment.

**Qualifications**:
About you:

- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or Marketing
- Previous experience in a similar position in hotels of a similar or superior category.
- Knowledge of protocol
- Fluent in Spanish and English (High Level or Bilingual)
- Computer knowledge (CRMs, reporting tools, Cvent).
- High capacity for organization and leadership
- Ability to work under pressure and decision making
- Team Player
- Commercial skills, especially strong negotiation skills, influence and empathy
- Creativity
- Accountability
- Good Plan and Organization Skills
- Proactivity
- Driving license and own vehicle
- Availability to travel
- Full-time availability and hourly availability
