Do you have a passion for working with colleagues across the globe, being part of an international team, and being responsible for a Human Resources (HR) cluster when it comes to projects? As an HR Operations Manager (M/F/d) you will be the point of contact for all of our Human Resources departments in Spain and Portugal and ensure that the global HR projects are successfully implemented at local level. You keep track and monitor world class service to your internal partners. You will also play an important role as part of the Spain and Portugal HR Leadership Team representing HR Operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will drive the evolution of the HR Operating model with using insights & intelligent data
- You will pull through the global portfolio of HR programs and initiatives
- You will work closely with the Subject Matter Experts in Spain and Portugal when it comes to country specific requirements and help them to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- With your overall approach you drive improvements to systems, processes or services and optimize our country specific HR activities
- You will work with HR & key stakeholders to co-create and execute change management and adoption strategies for both the implementation of global HR projects and the continuous evolution of the HR Operating Model
- You will work closely with your regional team and demonstrate strong collaboration and passion

Skills/Knowledge Required/Preferred
Familiarity with local laws and Workers Council management.
Experience in using the MS Office Tools - High skills in Power Point are preferred.
Excellent English & Spanish written and oral communication skills to communicate across various stakeholders effectively and creatively
Strong analytical skills and data-driven, focused on using metrics to define strategy and assess the effectiveness of initiatives and services with attention to detail and follow up.
Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
- demonstrated ability to put together project plans and execute effectively.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global organization.
Listening & comprehension skills.
Orientation toward Innovation & Creativity
Minimum Experience Required/Preferred
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Economy, law or any other relevant education
You already worked in the Human Resources department and have successfully implemented new strategies or HR systems
