JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data related to hotel contracts, supplier agreements, and content information to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Loading & Contents team, with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and recommendations based on data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication and presentation skills to be able to interpret, summarize and present complex data sets from multiple sources in a simple and comprehensive way.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across all levels of the organization.
- Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel contracts, supplier management, and content information is desirable.
