**Descripción del Trabajo**
Llevar a cabo una capacitación de pie a grupos de empleados. Asistir en la orientación de los nuevos empleados. Asistir en la capacitación de los gerentes de contratación y de los entrevistadores sobre todas las políticas y procedimientos para entrevistas y selección. Programar y coordinar las entrevistas de los solicitantes con el gerente de contratación y/o entrevistador pertinentes. Llevar a cabo las entrevistas de los solicitantes a los puestos por hora y de gerencia. Asegurar que se comunique de manera eficaz a los nuevos empleados los estándares de aseo personal de la compañía. Llevar a cabo la capacitación de orientación para los nuevos empleados, incluso completar todo el papeleo del empleado nuevo. Asistir con el diseño y el desarrollo de los programas de capacitación. Desarrollar medios auxiliares de capacitación y herramientas de medios múltiples para presentar el material de capacitación. Hacer pedidos y administrar el inventario de los materiales y provisiones para la capacitación. Preparar las clases de capacitación (p. ej. materiales, clases de organización y desmantelamiento).
