Stores Supervisor

Ryanair Engineering delivered by SIAM (Spanish International Aircraft Maintenance) have a **Stores Supervisor** position to join our **Heavy Maintenance team in Seville**. - Responsible for ensuring stores are controlled and monitored in accordance with E.A.S.A requirements.
- Responsible for all stock movements into and out of stores both physically and on our engineering computer system.
- Responsible for the control of commercial goods requirements.
- Ensuring that all requirements are actioned and that the costs of the various services provided are controlled and kept to minimum.
- Overseeing the control of all material transactions on our AMOS system.
- Responsible for the control shelf life items.
- Responsible for the smooth running of the store, ensuring procedures are monitored and enforced
- Conduct audits with PAM/RYR/IAA and liaise with applicable manger to rectify any NCR’s that occur
- Supervision of all day to day activities involved in the smooth running of the Ryanair Stores at PAM
- Ensuring the efficient control of all aspects of the stores, and all activities related to the movement of parts through Stores.
- Responsible for controlling the stores roster, leave, OT and sickness and ensuring adequate staffing levels are available to support the business at all times
- Required to keep updated driver measure board and KPI’s
- Responsible for assigning tasks and ensuring tasks are completed to sufficient standard
- Responsible for ensuring all staff training and PAC’s are controlled

**Requirements**:

- Previous stores experience is mandatory
- Be highly organized and have the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks in a highly pressurized environment
- Be and effective communicator
- Previous experience supervising/managing a team would be an advantage
- Proven organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible approach to working in a fast changing environment
- Ability to prioritise workload and delegate tasks

**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Must have experience in working within engineering store environment
- Good level AMOS knowledge would be advantageous
- Knowledge of EASA regulations is essential
- Have a proven record of making and maintaining customer relations at all levels
- Knowledge of shipping of Dangerous Goods by air, sea and road
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes
- Good level of IT skills is essential, MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of aviation and general aviation processes
