**Job Purpose**
Maintain and improve the ecosystem of the Revenue Department in accordance with Vueling policy to have robust and efficient systems.
**Main Responsibilities**
Monitor, maintain, and ensure the correct operation of external systems with external vendors.
Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents in internal revenue systems, or escalate them to IT as needed.
Participate in initiatives to automate processes and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue team's workflows.
Document processes, incidents, and solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance.
Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.
**Main Accountabilities**
Guarantee the proper functioning of critical external systems.
Minimize downtime and ensure prompt resolution of incidents in revenue systems.
Enhance system efficiency, robustness, and reliability.
Foster organizational learning, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
**Main Relationships**
IT, Data Science & Analytics, Data, Pricing, External Providers/Vendors, Route Optimization Team and Ancillaries.
**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in economics, data science, engineering or a related field.
Skilled in Python and SQL
**Experience**
Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience as revenue analyst
Desirable background in the aeronautical industry or related.
