**Job Purpose**

Lead, develop and manage the revenue management ecosystem in accordance with Vueling policy and with the objective of ensuring revenue maximization.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Guarantee the stability and effectiveness of system operations.
- Ensure the maximization of revenue.
- Optimize revenue processes and tasks.
- Have the best functionalities of external providers' systems
- Make the department managed a better place to work.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Oversee and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders so that the revenue ecosystem works correctly.
- Address system inefficiencies to ensure transparency, accountability, and optimize revenue outcomes to maximize revenue gains.
- Drive initiatives to automate processes and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue team's workflows.
- Be the point of contact with the external provider of revenue systems.
- Organize and lead the team, fostering their development, collaboration, and communication both within the team and across the company.

**Main Relationships**

IT and Data, External Providers (Navitaire and Accelya), Commercial, Network, Customer, Sales, and Operations.

**Education**

Bachelor's degree Engineering, IT or a related field.**Experience**
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in revenue management or related field.
- Experience in team management (coaching, leading).
- Experience liaising with IT on bug fixes and systems developments, as well as vendor management.
- Ability to use data querying (SQL) tools, while experience with end-user BI tools is preferable.
- Programming languages such as Python.
- Experience in airline reservation systems, preferably Navitaire.

- English fluency is required.
