If you are looking for an agile environment and eager to work independently within a team, we would l ove to welcome you onboard. **Human Resources at Nutanix** In our EMEA People Services team at Nutanix, we are all about employee experience with constant attention to compliance. As any data driven organization looking into numbers, w e are operat ing in 3 1 countries, supporting a growing workforce of 1,000 employees, and managing more than 100 services and processes via a net work of more than 50 platforms. We manage daily operations while working on optimization projects following as framework our Nutanix core values and key principles. You will get the opportunity to work closely with like-minded professionals across the globe and bring your expertise to support with executing our vision and strategy. **Your role** - Supervise EMEA HR Ops and Service Delivery team to deliver best in class employee experiences. - Optimize the employee experience, ensuring all inquiries are resolved in a timely manner and in accordance with key performance indicators. - Establishes targets and goals for the team, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, in support of our business strategy. - Partner cross-functionally with HR COE’s, IT, Facilities, Payroll, Talent Acquisition etc. to resolve employee issues and to support improvement goals. - Oversees the onboarding and exit process. - Analyzes data, metric and CSAT surveys to identify performance strengths, weaknesses, trends, and forecasting. - Monitor issues that impact service delivery identifying root cause and plan for solutioning. - Knowledge Management - Manages regional knowledge articles. - Helps lead the team ’ s Operational Excellence initiatives. **What **you will **bring** - Human Resources professional with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience, including HR Services and some people leadership experience. - Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify strategy into specific actions, make decisions and communicate priorities. - Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships. - Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of the Italian language will be highly regarded. - ServiceNow experience required, Workday HCM preferrable. **About the team **you will **join** I joined the EMEA headquarters team of Nutanix 7 years ago as an HR Operations Representative while Nutanix was at its startup phase. The team’s enthusiasm, the greenfield opportunity, the flat informal no-nonsense environment were the drivers for me joining Nutanix and it has been a unique journey since. Back then our EMEA People team consisted of t hree HR professionals operating across 19 countries. Today I am proud to say we have a fully formed and mature People organization consisting of separate HR functions situated in our strategic locations and managing together multi-services for a portfolio of 31 countries. Nutanix has been for me far from a typical employer ; a partner that put their trust in me to lead the HR O perations organization in the region. I am thankful for the freedom to work independently, our fantastic team of professionals, our internal leadership programs, the unique opportunit i es to challenge myself and develop both professionally and on a personal level.
