The SAP Procurement Product Team drives innovation and thought leadership across the source to pay processes. This benefits buyers and suppliers by enabling companies to sell physical, digital, and subscription-based goods as a service and by monetizing subscriptions and real-time usage-based services. SAP S/4HANA is the single source of information for customers on their digital journey: planning, execution and analysis, prediction to simulation, all in real-time within one system, integrated with SAP C/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and Fieldglass.
As we develop the next generation of integrated spend management cloud solutions, the SAP S/4HANA Procurement Engineering unit seeks to be a frontrunner in cloud and agile mindset to software development. **THE ROLE**
The person is expected to work in a team of colleagues with the goal to boost the success of our Procurement products.
In this role the person will closely collaborate with the team members who are working with early adopter customers
This role combines a strong strategic understanding of our SAP Procurement product portfolio with a deep understanding of the customer’s situation and point of view and excellent planning and communication skills. The person working in this role will be working as a multiplier and enabler making SAP Procurement products better understood and easier to consume for our customers.

The person works also closely together with the global market units to identify region specific requirements to streamline communication and input for prioritization towards the product management team.

The key tasks will include:

- Close collaboration with Partner Management, Partners and Strategic Customers
- Identify areas for collaboration with our customers and partners, plan and support engagement initiatives
- Prepare content for partner and customer events
- Ensure excellent content for customer communication collaterals
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- A Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills, ideally combined with a strong sense for influencing and messaging
- Strong and proven expectation management skills
- Strategic analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Entrepreneurial and “can-do” attitude, capable of continuously adapting to changes and adjusting focus in a fast-moving changing environment
- A strong motivator, mindful & inclusive team player with a humble and positive mindset
- Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills in English
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- 10+ years of work experience including a proven track record of customer-facing experience with proven understanding of implementation support
- Experience in working with customer-facing groups and customers
- Strong enablement and multiplier skills
- Excellent understanding of SAP‘s Procurement product strategy and product portfolio
