Nourish is the largest of the 4 IFF divisions, with ~$7 billion in sales, around 5,000 employees, serving 43,000 customers worldwide. The Nourish portfolio is structured into three platforms: Ingredients, Flavors, and Food Designs.

In Food Designs we design smart innovative integrated solutions to help our customers succeed in the market. Food Designs includes 3 Business Units (BU´s):

- Systems (integrated blends that help our customers deliver superior products in dairy, ice cream, bakery and beverages)
- Inclusions (solutions for healthy snacking, confectionery, functional supplements and fanstastic artisanal gelato)
- Savory Solutions (mix of spices and other ingredients for culinary and plant based products)

In Food Designs we are very excited to welcome a new Global Business Finance Leader, Inclusions to our team, and we hope it’s you

You will be part of the Food Designs Business Finance team, where we help our BU leadership teams to take better and more timely decisions - through data visibility, in-depth analysis and process improvement - thus making our BU´s more successful.

As a Global Business Finance Leader Inclusions, you will act as a business partner and performance advisor for the Inclusions Business Unit which has ~$130MM in sales, providing clear insights and analysis across the value-chain on both historical and forward-looking metrics. The Global Finance Leader must develop a thorough understanding of sales, supply chain and functions and will be responsible for coordinating data inputs and analysis among business stakeholders globally. An ability to have a holistic view, whilst understanding the right level of detail, when conducting financial analysis on sales, profitability and working capital will ensure success in the role.

The role will be located in our Asturias offices, where we are working to create a Center of Excellence for IFF Business Finance. Join us in this exciting journey

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Play a key partnering role to BU Leader in the planning and decision making process
- Own fully the Financial performance analysis
- Drive Monthly forecasting process
- Drive Budgeting & Strategy cycles
- Drive continuous improvements in the business and business finance processes
- Prepare financial models for Investment opportunities
- Drive cost efficiency opportunities and promote cost awareness mindset
- Keep the necessary connection with other Finance competencies to support BU needs
- Actively support and maintain an environment for strong internal controls

**Job Requirements**:
**Core Competencies**:

- High level of analytical thinking along with the ability to communicate with influence
- Business Finance/accounting experience
- Strong computer/systems capability (MSFT Office, SAP Business Warehouse, CFIN)
- English written & spoken fluently is a must
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Problem-solving
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Self-Motivated
- Experience in project work and implementing new processes
- Consciousness regarding control and business ethics environment
- Advanced excel capabilities is a must
- Usage of visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Think Cell, etc.) is a plus

**Qualifications**:

- EDUCATION: University Accounting, Finance or Economics degree
- EXPERIENCE: minimum of ten years of experience in Finance
