It is an exciting time to join the Integrated Operations Finance team at IFF as Manager Finance Procurement & Logistics.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talent with good knowledge of Procurement, Logistics and Finance Analytics to be part of a global leader in food, beverage, health, biosciences and sensorial experiences.

As Senior Finance Analyst Procurement & Logistics, you will be a Finance Partner to the global procurement organization and a team member of the global Finance Operations team. You’ll provide insight into logistics cost and drive the logistics forecast and budget process. You will interface with the individual Business Units to share logistics analysis. You will also be responsible to drive constantly process improvement and develop / upgrade tools.

This role could work 100% remotely in Europe.

**Responsibilities**
- Collate data on logistics expenses globally
- Run analytics to identify key drivers for cost change
- Drive the forecast and budget process for logistics
- Validate savings projects on logistics
- Support logistics teams in evaluation of savings projects and operational changes

**Job Requirements**:

- You will bring around 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis and financial control in a manufacturing environment with complex logistics processes
- Your Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Economics is required
- We will rely on your experience in analytics of procurement, logistics and Supply Chain topics is a must
- You have demonstrated financial background, strong strategic and analytical skills
- We will rely on your Project Management on Process improvement projects
- Your knowledge of ERP and Business Intelligence systems
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite especially Excel and Power Point
- PowerBI skills are an advantage
- Your ability to work in a matrix structure with different partners and cross functional teams
- Fluent oral skills in English language
