Rentals Coordinator

**Who are we looking for to be our next Rentals Coordinator?**
We are looking for a person with very good interpersonal skills, high energy level, strong work moral and team spirit in combination with an impeccable accuracy and sense of service. Does this sound like you? Then you can be the Rentals Coordinator we are looking for
- Finding new properties to rent out
- Arrange for all the services our tenants might request before and during their stay, for example transfer to and from the airport, cleaning services etc.
- Check-in and check-out tenants, this can be appointed any day of the week during high season
- Be the first point of contact for our tenants if they have any questions during their stay in Marbella

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, it is a qualification if you speak Spanish and/or other languages.
- Driver’s license and availability to your own car.
