Graduate Debt and Capital Advisory

**At ING we are looking for a Graduate for the Debt and Capital Advisory team**

**Your role and work environment**

The Debt and Capital Advisory Graduate provides support in the origination and execution of advisory and lending transactions in Iberia to more senior team members of the Debt and Capital Advisory team (MD/D/VP/As) on a day-to-day basis.

**Your key responsibilities**

As part of a larger transaction team, the Graduate will play a key role in producing marketing materials, general financial analysis, documents for internal approvals (i.e. KYC, greenlights, credit packs, etc.), lead transaction administration (i.e. data room, meetings coordination, etc.), and preliminary valuation exercises.

El Graduado en Asesoramiento de Deuda y Capital proporciona apoyo en la originación y ejecución de operaciones de asesoramiento y préstamo en Iberia a los miembros más senior del equipo de Asesoramiento de Deuda y Capital (MD/D/VP/As) en el día a día.

**Sus principales responsabilidades**

Como parte de un equipo de transacciones más grande, el graduado desempeñará un papel clave en la producción de materiales de marketing, análisis financiero general, documentos para aprobaciones internas (es decir, KYC, luces verdes, paquetes de crédito, etc.), administración de transacciones principales (es decir, sala de datos, coordinación de reuniones, etc.) y ejercicios de valoración preliminares.
