**Overview**
The HP Graphics Experience Center, located in Barcelona, serves as a hub for connecting industry experts with customers to deeply understand their requirements and introduce cutting-edge end-to-end Graphic Arts solutions. We are seeking individuals with a passion for developing expertise and practical knowledge in HP's Graphics Solutions Business technology and product portfolio.
The Large Format Pre-Sales Technical Consultant plays a vital role in the sales process, helping potential customers understand the value and capabilities of our printing solutions and providing the technical expertise needed to make informed purchasing decisions.
**What are we looking for**
**Technical Expertise**:Be a technical expert on large format printing technology, including various printing processes, RIP software, substrates, sustainability and color management.
**Product Demonstrations**:Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and capabilities of the large format printing solutions at our center and at industry events and trade shows.
**Collaboration**:Work closely with the sales team to support them in closing deals by addressing technical questions and concerns from potential customers.
**Product Feedback**:Collect customer feedback and insights on the products to help improve the de‐sign, features, and functionality of future offerings.
**Problem-solving**:Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues or challenges that may arise during solution testing, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
**Industry Trends**:Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements in the large format printing sector to provide informed recommendations.
**Continuous Learning**:Stay updated on the latest developments in large format printing technology through training and self-study to ensure expertise.
**Goal Achievement**:Work towards meeting or exceeding sales and demonstration targets as set by the organization.
**Requirements**:
- A university degree in Graphics and equivalent experience of minimum 5 years in the Large Format Industry.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in other European languages.
- Willingness to travel.
- A deep understanding of printing principles, theories, and concepts.
- A strong customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
