We’re looking for someone to join our **People team **and help the rest of the Holaluz team throughout their journey. **Your challenge** We are looking for a **people-centric Talent development Project Manager**. You will play a central role in **helping to develop and facilitate** our **key talent development initiatives**, supporting scalable talent development programs and policies, from strategic to execution. We are a 16 people team, organized by roles but working in a very collaborative environment. You will be part of the Talent team, helping us build a strong Talent development initiates in order to unleash Holaluz performance and potential. In talent, we have our own talent development models based in our values. We use data and technology (power BI, officevibe, factorial) and continues feedback tools to identify our pulse and act as consequence, because our main objective is unleashing Holaluz people potential while they deliver their best version. We still have a lot to do, a lot to improve, let’s do it together **What will you do** As a Talent development PM, you will contribute through all full talent development journey by helping to define and execute at scale top talent programs while taking Holaluz talent employees to the next level, having SHAKE Values & Holaluz culture as reference of your practice. **Day to day life** **From Strategy to Operations** - Work closely with Head of Talent & HRBP (HTH) on talent development strategy and programs content that is part of the Annual development Plan for business areas. - Work together with HTH and HRBP in talent development solutions for new employee, career, performance and development programs. - Plan initiatives, processes and annual cycles of talent programs according to OKR priorities and People annual processes. - Maintain awareness of, and incorporate, current best practices and trends in the area of talent. **Design, planning Implementation and monitoring Talent programs**: - Ability to design and/or review content, updates program materials that include facilitator guides, participant handbook, content pills - Provide planning support with the rollouts and the implementation of talent programs, initiatives and processes. - Monitor and review the implementation plan of these programs. - Fully prepare and organize logístical requirements of trainings, workshops, initiativeswe are hand on :) too - Working closely with HTH and HRBP in order to analyze, evaluate and measuring talent development programs/actions that offer evidence of the effectiveness, and help to develop actions to further improve it if need it. - Track and report KPIS that helps Holaluz to objectivize investment and efficiency (assistance, feedback, hours, impact results ). **People Talent Processes and Policies** - Work together with Talent in order to identify inconsistent procedures across the business - Develop or update new or current People policies/procedures according to business or people needs - Ensure all People processes and policies are appropriately documented and housed for employees to reference. **Where?** Another way of** #KeepRowing **is to row all together in perfect synchronization and towards a common goal, and what better place to do it than in our offices in Barcelona just 200 meters away from the sea.
