**Descripción**:
Desde Crit Consultoría estamos buscando un/a Project Manager para importante empresa del sector IT.

Funciones principales:

- Responsable de la calidad de la entrega de los servicios.
- Responsable de los resultados económicos del contrato.
- Responsable de la satisfacción del cliente.
- Desarrollo de la cuenta en colaboración con el equipo comercial.
- Liderar la transformación, la innovación y la mejora continua.
- Representar a la compañía en el cliente.
- Reporte interno.

Tareas:

- Identificar y transmitir a la organización las necesidades del cliente
- Reportar el estado del servicio y los proyectos al cliente a nível táctico; elaboración de los informes y defensa de los mismos.
- Coordinar las distintas unidades que prestan el servicio al cliente
- Máximo representante ante el cliente por los servicios prestados
- Gestión de escalados
- Se valorará experiência en el área de IT

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios mínimos Grado Universitario Ingenieria de Sistemas o de Telecomunicaciones.
- Experiência mínima Más de 5 años como responsable de proyectos

Idiomas requeridos
- Inglés - Nível Avanzado

Conocimientos necesarios
- ITIL, PMP, Gestión de equipos, gestión de servicios.

Condiciones
- Contrato indefinido, entorno multinacional y ser parte de fabricante líder en su sector.
- Participación en proyectos desafiantes en entornos multicliente.
- Salario competitivo según experiência demostrada + tickets restaurant + formación-acreditaciones.
- Modelo híbrido: 3-4 días en oficina (zona Ifema) y 1-2 días de teletrabajo dependiendo de las necesidades y la organización del equipo.
- Horario: 8,5 horas diarias de lunes a jueves (de 08:00h 18:00h) y los viernes de 08h-15.00h (de junio a septiembre, aprox)

- Inglés avanzado.
