Job purpose
Coordination and supervision of clinical studies. Primary contact person for sponsors, potential clients and external service provider as well as for patients.
- Communication with sponsors, agencies and ethics committees
- Communication and coordination of monitors and audits
- Communication with patients within the recruitment/scheduling
- Respond to Feasibility-Questions
- Compilation of study-relevant documents, including maintenance of corresponding PC folders / structures
- Participation in investigator meetings and study-specific appointments
- Control of and archiving of study documents
- Organization and implementation of the recruitment of probands and patients
- Regulation and cooperation with external service providers (e.g. laboratory)
- Maintenance of study overviews, control of compliance with study budget
- Cooperation with Finance Department relating to invoicing etc.
- Cooperation with legal department to ensure optimal contracting process
- Cooperation with Quality Management, coordination and analysis of patient and sponsor surveys
- Capacity planning for study team
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in clinical research or other healthcare environment preferred
- Professional experience as Study Nurse/Study Coordinator or completed full university degree in a natural science field
- Good knowledge of ICH-GCP Guidelines and AMG
- Good regulatory skills
- Knowledge about clinical studies
- Good command of German & English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Team and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and quality conscious
- Organizational talent
- Frequent travel to Essen required
