The role in a nutshell
Take ownership of your own OSHC service and lead a team of quality educators in providing a quality program built by the children, for the children.
Supported by local management and support function teams, you will use the interest of the children and the skills of your team to design and deliver a creative service.
What to expect
Develop community & school partnerships to grow the service; Manage compliance and lead your team through exemplary example; Build meaningful relationships with the children and parents;
Availability After School Care hours, Monday to Friday 3pm-6pm
About you
We’d love it if you were Diploma/Bachelors qualified within relevant discipline as approved by ACEQCA for a Coordinator role, but we’re also happy to invest in you to study
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role would be amazing
Bring your experience working with and supporting teams to achieve results
A current Working with Children's Check
A valid Covid Vaccine Cert with 3 boosters
The ability to pass a National Police Check
Valid Working Rights to work in Australia
