**Aspectos**:
Actuar como enlace entre la organización y la cartera de clientes asignada conforme a las estrategias comerciales de la empresa a nível local y europeo.

Colaborar en actividades varias del departamento de ventas así como con otros departamentos relacionados.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Ejecutar los procesos de consecución y cumplimiento de pedidos, prestar apoyo a la organización.
- Atender a las consultas y reclamaciones de los clientes y resolver los problemas de la cadena de suministro.
- Proporcionar información sobre precios, disponibilidad y entrega.
- Preparar ofertas estandarizadas y apoyar el proceso de ventas.
- Registrar y procesar los pedidos, hacer un seguimiento de la cartera de pedidos.
- Gestionar cartera de clientes asignada: grandes cuentas de clientes directos y/o distribución.
- Impulsar desde el departamento de Customer Service el proyecto de digitalización de la compañía.

**Cualificaciones**:

- Formación: grado medio / superior comercio, marketing.
- Buen nível de Microsoft Excel.
- Habituado a trabajar con plataformas digitales, B2B, EDI...
- Experiência en sistema SAP.
- Capacidad de síntesis y organización.
- Tolerancia al estrés.
- Idiomas: imprescindible buen nível de inglés. Valorable alemán y portugués.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Vocación comercial para trato con clientes, grandes cuentas.
