This position can be based in London, Luxembourg or Madrid.

Key job responsibilities

**In this role, you will**:

- Plan and drive multiple strategic ops initiatives simultaneously, defining timelines and communicating on status, risks and opportunities at an EU level
- Act as the lead ops business partner to our consumables colleagues to support the launch of a new growth opportunity
- Own operational analyses and cost structure design, presenting recommendations to ensure viable long term program economics
- Work in a fast-paced environment alongside a diverse and talented team of peers and stakeholders.
- MBA or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making and comfort with pro-forma financial and operational analysis
- Excellent business writing and communication skills to peers and senior leadership teams, with proven ability to write and defend effective business narratives
- Ability to seamlessly work across functional and organizational boundaries, and is adept at earning trust across levels and organizations
- Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; comfort responding quickly to rapidly evolving threats and opportunities
- Strong bias for action; willingness to roll up the sleeves and ability to juggle multiple priorities to create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
