We are looking for a talented and experienced B2B2C Product Development Manager who not only drives the future of insurance and B2B2C embedded services innovation such orchestration platforms or digital solutions but also acts as a business-oriented sales professional. This individual will serve as a vital liaison between internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration to deliver exceptional solutions that meet our customers' needs.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional teams and **business-planning** processes in driving product and digital solution planning.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships.
- Assess competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales for successful product launches.
- Create positioning and messaging that sets our orchestration platform apart.

**This professional will be based in either Barcelona, Spain, or Malakoff, France**

**What you’ll bring**:
What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in product design, engineering, or related fields business oriented.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management focused on **digital B2B2C e-commerce or platform solutions**.
- Proven success in overseeing the product development lifecycle.
- Advanced level of English is mandatory.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to bridge business and technical needs.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire cross-functional teams.
- In-depth understanding of the insurance market and emerging trends.
