As Supply Chain Manager you are responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and Inventory strategy and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, they play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors into our sites.

Key areas such as Product development, marketing, operations, distribution, finance, and customer service will be the key focus which will result in lower costs and a faster production cycle.

You will be accountable for overall inventory and inventory optimization and reduction programs in line with the Business plan and KPI’s. You will work in line with the procurement head and Product costing manager to commercially establish inventory management systems DOL, JIT and KAN BAN.

Key performance areas will include INCOTERMS for all of the supplychain ensuring best in class logistics cost and charges in territory and globally.

**Essential**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a related field of study.
- Experience in a complex hand assembly production line in similar position.
- Previous experience of leadership, management and development of a unionised workforce and a management team.
- Project management.
- Technical understanding.
- Cost accounting skills.
- Ability to understand financial statements.
- Understanding of e-business / e-procurement systems.
- Troubleshooting, problem solving.
- Math skills combined with strong analytical and statistical capabilities to understand **supply** and demand issues.
- Ability to use data to track orders and shipments, sales trends, demand and any weaknesses and inefficiencies.
- High English level.
