OVERALL MISSION We are currently looking for a curious and proactive accountant assistant (focusing on Travel and Expenses) to join the Finance Department at Madrid Head Office, giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel & Turkey). **TASKS** - Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, partners and third parties solutions providers (SAP, Concur etc.) - Perform accounting and reconciliation related to expense notes and cash advance reports - Prepare KPIs on T&E expenses - Take part and initiate projects for improvement of existing processes using problem-solving methodologies PROFIL **PROFILE** - A student with interest in International Relations/Finance and Accounting/HR - Skilled in MS Office, MS Excel particularly - A good analyst and with time management skills - Attentive to details - An English and Spanish speaker, French is a plus - Eligible to do "Convenio universitario" - Full-Time or Part-Time
