**Omega CRM, leader in Technoloy Solutions, is searching for a IT Project Manager to join our team in our Competency Centers.**:
**Main duties**:
- Leadership of CRM projects management based on SFDC technoloogy, performing tasks of gathering and understading business requirements shared by the client, as well as defining functional and technical aspects that forms the Salesforce based solution.
- Management of the technical teams assigned.
- Support on business development and company’s presale, taking over the functions of preparing and designing demonstrations, pilots and service offerings.
- Follow up and quality control of deliverables in their led projects.
- Supporting clients with Salesforce active projects, maintenance of CRM projects for several clients.
- Incident solving, documenting, updating and development of maintenance procedures, code review to identify potential efficiency issues, reusing and/or anomalies.
**Experience needed**:
- +5 years of experience.
- +3 years participating in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.
- Experience working with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.).
- Medium - high level of English.
- Incidence solving,
**Other considerations**:
- Availability for exceptional business trips.
- Salesforce certifications - Recommendable.
- Reference working on different modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud - Recommendable
