**What will be your main missions?**
- Manage the correct flow in the offers/quotes generation for our customers.
- Super-user of the tools for managing the above processes.
- Proactively provide improvements both in the flows and processes and in the tools.
- Contribute to a normalized management of the formats and clauses included in the different types of offer.
- Carry out the transition of the correct prices to our ERP system SAP, according to the established procedures.
- Be aligned in all phases of the processes and flows with the Internal Control regulations of our company, as well as our Ethics, Compliance and Data Protection policies.
**Who are you?**
- Master student or recently finalized that allows you to sign an internship agreement with your University full time of at least 12 months.
- No previous experience is required, although previous experience in a pricing department will be very valued.
- People & Business passionate.
- Strong Digital mindset and MS Office management.
- Proficient use (very advanced level) of Microsoft Excel will be very valued.
- Advanced use of SAP will be a plus.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Access will be a plus.
- Self-starter, proactive, good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English & Spanish. Portuguese will be valuable.
