**Job Description Summary**: The marketing trainee will collaborate on value proposition, service offering and portfolio life cycle to optimize market penetration and share of category, in line with worldwide strategic priorities.

**-Our vision for** **Medication Management Solutions (MMS)** **at BD-**:
With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.
- **About the role**

The trainee will collaborate on value proposition, service offering and portfolio life cycle to optimize market penetration and share of category, in line with worldwide strategic priorities.
- **Main responsibilities will include**:

- Support internal and external trainings about the MMS portfolio and solutions.
- Help to identify on market trends and size, key influencers and competition.
- Support implementation of the MMS strategies including pricing, positioning and product promotion.
- Collaborate on pricing strategies in accordance with the BD overall company objectives and goals.
- Collaborate and work effectively with the European marketing team and with the country teams to support strategic imperatives and go to market approaches across the portfolio
- Maintain expert market and portfolio knowledge and support country teams with relevant portfolio information and training initiatives as appropriate.
- Provide regular forecast and budget inputs and monitor and address business and marketing indicators.
- **About you**
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
- High level of English.
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, resilient, quick learner.
