**Job Title**: Customer Service Agent - Dutch Market (Barcelona)
**Location**: Barcelona, Spain
**Contract Type**: Full-time
**Languages Required**: Dutch (native or fluent) & English (intermediate)
**About the Role**:
Tasks
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist users with account management, billing questions, and troubleshooting.
- Guide customers through technical solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Accurately document interactions and follow internal processes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in every interaction.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and internal tools.

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- Fluent/native Dutch speaker with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Intermediate English (B1/B2 or higher) for training and internal communication.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
- Comfortable working with technology, online platforms, and digital content.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
