Business Background:
GSB (Graphic Solutions Business) is one of the fastest growing businesses for HP. Main market segments are: commercial printing (brochures, leaflets,), labels, packaging and signage. GSB is selling their solutions through both direct and indirect channel.
GSS is the Services organization inside GSB with the clear objective to help these market segments on providing the support and the tools needed to maximize their business. Under this environment we are looking for a Channel Services Inside Sales for our indirect business to help HP partners to maximize their growth.
**Job Description**:
- The Inside Sales role is aimed at increasing the productivity of the sales teams.
- They play a key role by prospecting and qualifying target PSP’s (Print Service Providers).
- Outcome of their smart business conversations on the phone is to identify next buying window and provide highly qualified sales opportunities to the sales teams to increase their funnel.

**Responsibilities**:
Contribute in GSS Growth Revenue Plan by:
- Support GTM with maximizing the Services sales.
- Making outbound and inbound communication with partners and GTM.
- Working with field sales to maximize services business with our partners.
- Delivering regular report upon request.
- Developing the relationship with partners and GTM team.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor all the promos where Services are included.
- Key Performance Metrics:
- Services quota achievement (PfR) on the Partner DesignJet specialist
- GSS orders quota achievement
**Qualifications**:
- We are looking for a junior professional with a good balance of sales and structural skills.
- Experience on indirect business highly appreciated.
- Self-motivated
- Autonomous
- Organized
- Open minded
- Good in communication
- Team player
- Fluent on Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word )
- Excellent knowledge of English language, Native Italian speakers, and Spanish is a plus
