**Your mission**:
**Your profile**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies to drive student enrollment and engagement.
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms) to support marketing campaigns and lead management processes.
- Create and maintain automated workflows to support lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including admissions, communications, sales, student experience and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and segmented databases.
- Collaborate in maintaining and updating the university website and online content including forms and online documents.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and CRM, implementing innovative solutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation tools and CRM best practices.

**Position requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering. Additional qualifications in Data Analytics or Data Science will be highly valued.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and their integration with other software.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
- Experience with data segmentation and database management.
- Either native English speaker or proficiency level of English competency.
- Local language: Spanish
