We are seeking for a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the execution and optimization of our marketing technology stack, with a primary focus on Salesforce and Pardot/ MCAE. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in email marketing, lead management, and platform administration, dedicated to leveraging technology to drive business growth and enhance the customer journey. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our marketing automation and other marketing tech platforms. Responsibilities: Marketing Technology & Platform Management Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our marketing automation platform, Pardot/ MCAE. Support other marketing tools, including Zoominfo, Leandata, Salesforce, Qualified and others, ensuring all systems are integrated with Pardot and operating efficiently to meet marketing goals Oversee the technical configuration of Pardot, including connectors with Salesforce and Google, to ensure seamless data synchronization and a consistent view of the customer Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the marketing platform, integrations, and email deliverability Platform gate keeper, who is able to provide best practice guides to the teams to ensure alignment and proper email execution Proactively implement new features that become available to keep platforms optimized and create faster turnaround times/ efficiency in campaign execution Campaign Execution Design, build, and execute end-to-end marketing automation campaigns and be the SME among the group to advise on technical requirements that meet marketing automation standards (email design, list creation, from development, landing pages, etc) Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the platform Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign performance Hands-on experience crafting email templates and designing landing pages within Pardot/MCAE Comfortable using Pardot Lightning interface and AI features such as building lists in data cloud Data & Analytics Implemented AI lead scoring models to qualify and prioritize leads for the sales team and use as part of lists building Ensure accurate tracking and tagging of marketing activities to enable comprehensive reporting and analysis, including paid programs Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies Partner with Sales Enablement and Salesforce teams to ensure accurate attribution Best Practices & Governance Establish and enforce best practices for email marketing, database management, and platform usage to ensure data hygiene and compliance with regulations such as GDPR Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in marketing automation and proactively recommend improvements to our processes and systems Develop and deliver training to marketing and sales teams on how to effectively use the platform and its features when necessary Qualifications: Proven experience as a Marketing Automation Manager or a similar role Deep, hands-on expertise with a marketing automation platform, preferably Pardot Strong understanding of marketing technology, email marketing best practices, and lead management processes Experience with Salesforce CRM and its integration with a marketing automation platform Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills Salesforce Certification or Trailblazer badges required How We Partner To Protect You: TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of
