GLOBAL CONTENT MARKETING STRATEGIST

In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing, Communications, Digital, Product Marketing, Product and Channel Management teams to define and execute an editorial plan that is relevant, consistent, and compelling for our local customers, partners and stakeholders. You will lead the creation of new content while curating existing content for translation and localization as appropriate. You will manage content distribution and publishing via our websites, blogs, social and other media.
In order to inform the strategy you will create and set the right priorities, you will use customer insights and data coming from different sources. Exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills are a must for this role as there will be many competing priorities and deadlines that will require strong organizational and priority setting skills. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced team looking for a creative and data-driven professional who wants to do great work that delights our customers

Basic Qualifications

BA in Communications or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5-7 years content experience at an agency or in a marketing department producing branded online content
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and the ability to navigate and learn a CMS
Understanding of content marketing fundamentals (including SEO and localization) with a desire to consistently strategize on new ways to market our products
Great storytelling skills in English. An additional language is a plus
Good knowledge and understanding of social media management and strategy
Strong ability to interpret insights and data to build a truly customer-focused content strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Native English speaker
Crisp communication skills and ability to collaborate with a variety of teams including design, social media, product marketing, research, consumer marketing, sales teams, legal/PR
Ability to frugally manage external agency partners and freelancers, insisting on the highest standards while consistently delivering on deadline
Hands-on approach
Experience executing a global content strategy and supporting a localization strategy
