You’ll be part of a team that doesn’t just follow trends, but creates them.What will you do?✨Content creation in English:Produce innovative and engaging English-language content for social media (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and more), aimed at international markets,leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and performance.✨Video editing:Strong command of CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro (Adobe Suite),combined with AI-powered editing and optimization tools, to create impactful videos tailored to each platform.✨AI-powered creativity:Useartificial intelligence tools(for ideation, scripting, trend analysis, subtitles, voiceovers, visual effects, or optimization) as acore part of the content creation process.✨Visual strategy:Support the planning of visual content aligned with brand identity, global positioning, viral trends, anddata-driven insights supported by AI.✨Recording & production:Camera handling, lighting, and editing for reels, stories, and videos in multiple formats,enhanced by AI-assisted workflows.✨Content optimization:Adapt and optimize videos to maximize engagement and organic reach across international audiences,using AI-based analytics and recommendations.✨Analysis & improvement:Analyze content performance, interpret key metrics, and propose improvements, combining human creativity with AI-driven insights.What are we looking for in you?Limitless creativity:Ability to ideate and execute innovative concepts for an English-speaking audience.Proven experience:1–2 years of experience creating social media content for brands or agencies.Advanced AI skills (very important): Demonstrated ability to work with AI tools for content creation, optimization, and analysis (e.g. generative AI, trend analysis tools, automated subtitles, scripting, or creative assistance). This is a key requirement for the role.Video editing skills:Advanced use of video editing tools, mainlyCapCut;Premiere Prois a plus.Trend awareness:Strong understanding of and ability to anticipate trends on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, especially in international markets.Visual storytelling:Ability to tell stories in a dynamic, engaging, and culturally relevant wayin English.Organization & autonomy:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.#127919;Languages:Native or professional-level English (essential) .
