Spa Manager- Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay

**About the role**

You will be responsible for the direction and co-ordination of day-to-day operations of the Spa and wellness as well as financial accountability. Ensuring that all standards are upheld at the Spa in addition to employee relations. This will require developing a strong team through effective communications and supervision of all related areas.

You will have constant interaction and communication with other departments, giving support, intrinsic to the smooth functioning of the operation.

You will be familiar with industry trends and practices and have updated knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering, and continually focus on the rejuvenation of the spa and wellness experience. Spa treatments, exercise classes and wellness facilities and equipment will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with the hotel’s Spa practices.

In charge of implementing new procedures to boost your team’s productivity, creating an environment where your teams feel appreciated and developed and will bring new ideas of how to improve service levels in your division.

Leading the Spa team, ensuring exceptional service is provided, employee engagement is at a high and managing your division’s profitability will be your main goals.

**What you need to have to be successful**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- The ability to work in a high occupancy and demand environment.
- University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
- English Fluency (B2+ or above) and independent speaker level of Spanish (B2).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to challenge the status quo.
- Solid genuine leadership skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Good financial awareness and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Opera PMS, and other applicable computer systems.
- Demonstrate personal integrity.
