**As a Head of Innovation and Strategic Alliances, you will**:
**For Innovation Strategy & Public Funding Management**
- Define and execute the company’s innovation strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
- Identify and secure public funding opportunities at the national, regional, European, and international levels.
- Lead and oversee public-private partnerships and Tenders/ Public Procurement Processes initiatives.
- Supervise the preparation and execution of grant/bid proposals, ensuring financial and technical feasibility.

**Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead a high-performing team specializing in innovation funding and strategic alliances.
- Guide cross-functional teams in developing and executing collaborative R&D projects.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, technical, commercial, legal) to ensure the success of projects.

**Strategic Alliances & Business Development**
- Identify and establish partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and government agencies.
- Drive the commercialization of R&D projects, turning innovation into tangible business opportunities.
- Represent Multiverse at key innovation and technology forums worldwide.

**Required Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**
- University degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in innovation management, public funding, and strategic alliances.
- Extensive knowledge of national and European funding programs (e.g., Horizon Europe, CDTI, PERTEs, etc.).
- Experience managing public-private innovation initiatives and consortia.
- Proven track record in converting R&D projects into business opportunities.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strategic thinking and strong execution skills.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in deep tech sectors such as quantum computing, AI, or data analytics.
- Strong network within the European and international innovation ecosystem.
- Familiarity with funding ecosystems beyond Europe (e.g., North America, Asia).
