**Job Description**:
Customer Service Team is part of Customer Success team with the main goal to present a modern & consistent customer experience.

Customer Service Agent will support our FMCG regular clients on their daily questions, being the bridge between our customers and the operational functions at NielsenIQ.

We are currently searching for a Customer Service Associate based in Madrid, on Spain Client Service Team.

You will have the chance to integrate a very dynamic and supportive team, participate in international projects, in Spain and Iberia, answer clients directly, working together with Clients & Sales & Consultant.

Customer Service role contributes directly to improve relation and customer satisfaction with NielsenIQ, service.

**Responsibilities**:

- To be an agent of Local Customer Service Team
- Use NielsenIQ tools and methodologies to better answer our client’s business daily questions
- Be able to provide a consistent and structured answer focus on the solution
- To deliver, internal and external, recommendations to improve customer experience
- Represent Spain and Iberia in Customer Service international projects

**A little bit about you**:

You enjoy working with a good team spirit and you’re known for your organization and good communication skills. Connecting with clients matters to you, and that motivates you to provide the best customer experience. You can identify business potential and potential risk situations, and you are always looking for what’s next.

**Qualifications**:

- Up to 2 years’ experience in a similar position/ business area
- Previous experience in FMCG sector
- High level of business writing skills
- High level of client service skills
- Strong Spanish and Business English knowledge, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent numerical skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational & interpersonal skills
- University degree or equivalent experience
