Dans le cadre d'une évolution, nous ouvrons un poste d'apprenti en sales support au sein de notre division. Ce poste sera basé soit à Barcelone (SP), soit à Monheim (DE) de préférence, mais peut également être situé en France à Bagneux ou à Aubagne. L'apprenti sera placé sous la responsabilité du Directeur Corporate Account Europe.

Missions Principales:
- Supports aux commerciaux, suivis de ventes et reporting
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients et participer aux activités de support client.
- Élaborer des présentations pour les Chefs de Comptes (CAM) et aider à la préparation des supports nécessaires.
- Apporter un soutien quotidien à l'équipe de vente sur le terrain en facilitant la communication et en organisant des données pour les rapports et les présentations.
- Participer à des projets visant à améliorer l'efficacité du travail entre le support de vente et les équipes commerciales.
- Utiliser les outils et systèmes internes d'Ecolab pour soutenir la communication organisationnelle.
- Générer des rapports réguliers selon les besoins de la division.

Profil Recherché:
- diplôme en commerce ou gestion, assistanat de direction bilingue ou trilingue, ou marketing (bac +2 minimum)
Compétences:
- Créativité et esprit d'initiative
- Langues : Anglais impératif, plus francais ou espagnol ou allemand.
- Excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle.
- Bonne compréhension des principes de gestion des ventes et capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Compétences Informatiques, maitrise pack office impérative
Ce poste vous permettra de repousser vos limites et de connaître une croissance rapide en participant à des projets significatifs et visibles. Vous aurez l'opportunité d'apprendre, d'apporter votre contribution et de comprendre rapidement l'impact de votre travail.

- Job Opportunity: Sales Support Apprentice
As part of an evolution, we are opening a sales support apprentice position within our division. This position will be based either in Barcelona (SP) or preferably in Monheim (DE), but can also be located in France in Bagneux or Aubagne. The apprentice will be under the responsibility of the Director Corporate Account Europe.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with sales tracking and reporting.
- Prospect for new clients and participate in customer support activities.
- Prepare presentations for Account Managers (CAM) and assist in the preparation of necessary materials.
- Provide daily support to the field sales team by facilitating communication and organizing data for reports and presentations.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency of collaboration between sales support and the sales teams.
- Utilize Ecolab’s internal tools and systems to support organizational communication.
- Generate regular reports as needed by the division.
- Participate in the development of sales strategies.
Profile Sought:
- Degree in business or management, bilingual or trilingual executive assistant, or marketing ( minimum bac + 2)
**Skills**:
- Creativity and in initiative are essential.
- languages : English imperative, plus French or Spanish or German
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Good understanding of sales management principles and ability to work collaboratively as a team.
- IT skills, mandatory office pack master
