We are looking for **an IT Operations Manager ** (F/M) in Getafe (Spain, near Madrid) to work in the Aerospace industry, in Fixed-Term Employment of 12 months.

**Main responsibilities expected**
- Support Clients Industrial network, Private Network 4G 5G, WiFi for day-to-day Operations,
- Coordinate the Incidents arising in Client’s main Industrial Network (Production Factory premises),
- Coordinate different stakeholders required for the Resolution of the ongoing Incidents and speed up the Recovery process by bringing all stakeholders on common platform/Call. Engage Experts /3rd Line as required for Resolution,
- Update Client Management about the status and ongoing Activities,
- Consolidate the documentation, create user guides, incidents management,
- Support and management of Client’s IoT solutions (Process, Documentation, KPI’s reports),
- Provisioning & delivery of 4G SIM cards for Private Network, liaise with Vendors for same,
- Handle Performance issues faced by Industry Employees of Client as e.g. Authentication failure of mobile devices, attach issues etc. investigation,
- Be on the floor of the Industrial site, to take note of the issues present on the plant and verification with persons from different departments and collate Test results,
- WiFi network verification as End User, feedback the Network availability and Performance with - WiFi Vendor, as required,
- Develop the run & maintenance model of IoT solution (process, documentation).

**Experience required**
- Minimum 12 years of Mobile Network and IT Operations and deployment exposure,
- Should have knowledge of 4G and 5G and Cloud technologies,
- Good to have understanding of Private Network services and traffic flow between various domains and in a multiple vendor scenario,
- Should have Design, NOC Integration/Traffic migration experience of Core network technologies,
- Hands on proficiency in the I&C, configuration, AT for network elements of Ericsson,
- Should have experience of analysing network deployment issues and suggesting various remedial actions,
- Interfacing with customer and customer management skills.

**Skills**
- Process Document Updates and storing in Share drives,
- IP knowledge of Processes and Configuration change process,
- Vendor and 3rd Party Partner’s coordination,
- Creation of Industrial services documents updates and upload to the Google Site,
- Consultancy/help on how to Support to Industrial Factory Floor customers for flows checking for a check of the WiFi quality,
- Interfacing with customer and customer management skills,
- Proactive analysis,
- Fluent in English (Spanish would be a plus),
- Team supervision.

**Location & Home office**
- Spain Getafe, with some travel to be considered in Europe, if required,
- Work from home office, as per agreement with Customer Manager.
