MISSION
Ensure successful launch of new products in the plant, according to the client specifications business goals set by Ficosa throughout the product life-cycle.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Take part in the developing and validating projects, contributing the vision of the plant from preparation of the offer through production.

Monitor project progress through periodic reporting meetings, according to the phases established in the FDS.

Coordinate project activities for the project work team in the plant, distributing responsibilities and ensuring they are completed on time and on target in terms of quality and cost.

Ensure and manage internal and external validation is completed for every element of the project.

Control cost and investments of the project as relates to the productive plant, analyzing any deviations and proposing corrective actions.

Control any aspects of the project that could affect quality, the timing and/or industrialization.

Compile the industrialization dossiers and manage creation of the PPAP.

Maintain fluid communication with the client and various departments, ensuring the project remains confidential.

Ensure members of the project work team use the internal and clients’ technical documentation.

Notify the Launch Leader Manager of any incidents that may occur during the project that require support.

Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.

Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.

Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

**Academic background**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering

**Languages**:
Fluent local language & Fluent English (written and spoken)

**Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years in a similar position or as a Project team member

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

**Additional background**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering

**Additional training**:
Knowledge of project management and plant production process

**Languages**:
Other languages, according to the project assignment would be of additional value
