**Oracle’s Internal Communications Department **focuses on increasing the visibility of the company's initiatives within the employee community, turning them into brand ambassadors. The team promotes the creation of content and campaigns that inspire employees to actively engage with Oracle's projects.

**Learning Objectives**:
During this internship, students will work on key projects related to digital communication, marketing, and event management, all of which align with the **Master’s Degree in Productivity, Adaptive Management, and Innovation**. The main competencies developed during this internship include:

- **Digital Communication**: By managing internal communication tools such as Slack, newsletters, and blogs, the intern will enhance their digital communication skills.
- **Efficiency and Effectiveness**: The intern will manage international projects in a collaborative environment, optimizing event organization and campaign coordination.
- **Innovation**: The intern will create audiovisual content and participate in social impact projects, fostering creativity and innovation within the department.
- **Decision-Making**: Collaborating on strategic campaigns will teach the intern how to identify patterns and make informed decisions in communication and digital marketing.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, and HTML is a plus.
- Strong time-management and project-planning skills.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Motivation to learn new platforms and tools (Wrike, Jira, Eloqua).
