Actualmente buscamos un/a ServiceNow Technical Lead para incorporarse a su equipo y participar en un proyecto internacional dentro del área de finanzas y insurance.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Supervisión de la entrega del backlog del producto (mejoras y proyectos).
- Comprender las necesidades de negocio de la cartera en alto nível.
- Supervisar la demanda de recursos y la capacidad del equipo de scrum (incluidas las terceras partes).
- Mantener al día con la hoja de ruta de ServiceNow para sus respectivos módulos.
- Apoyar a los desarrolladores con las historias de usuario.
- Apoyar a los Administradores en caso de que se requiera ayuda experta para resolver problemas de producción con la Cartera.
- Garantizar que el conocimiento reutilizable sea capturado como parte de la entrega de proyectos y mejoras.
- Dirigir y proporcionar tutoría y orientación a los desarrolladores en el equipo de scrum.
- Sugerir mejoras y nuevas características y funcionalidades de forma proactiva al Product owner.
- Gestionar proactiva de las partes interesadas.
- Fomentar y promover el grupo de usuarios de ServiceNow.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos?
- Perfil con mas de 5 años de experiência desarrollando en ServiceNow.
- Experiência demostrable con el framework y arquitectura de ServiceNow.
- Experiência previa trabajando junto a metodologías agiles.
- Nível de Inglés fluido.
