We’re looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead to drive the implementation, optimization, and evolution of our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and evolution of HRSD solutions.- Serve as the technical authority for HRSD initiatives.- Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs.- Mentor and guide ServiceNow engineers.- Contribute to platform architecture and governance.- Ensure Agile delivery and adherence to best practices.Requirements:- 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience or 5+ years overall ServiceNow experience.- Strong technical background (Developer or Architect).- Experience guiding technical teams and making architectural decisions.- Agile delivery experience.- Strong communication skills; English required, Spanish a plus.- ServiceNow certifications a plus.- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.What We Offer:- Hybrid work in Barcelona.- Opportunity to shape HRSD solutions at scale.- Work with modern ServiceNow technologies in a collaborative environment.If you are interested, apply now
