**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Work as part of a busy support team, resolving incidents and problems while adhering to the agreed SLAs.
- Configure and provide deskside support for laptops, desktops, network printers, AV devices, corporate phones, and other peripherals.
- Manage the local area network and server room infrastructure.
- Collaborate with global network and infrastructure support teams for office-related issues and server/network room support.
- Manage IT assets, including laptops, desktops, printers, server room devices, etc.
- Work flexible hours, including shift work and some weekends.
- Be involved with other aspects of Service Support, including Configuration, Change, and Release Management, Project Work, and internal and external IT audits.
- Ensure compliance with all documented procedures.
- Participate in any other business activities as required.
- May need to work rotating shifts 24/5.

**Personal Qualities, Skills, and Experience**:
**_ Essential_**_:_
- Strong interpersonal/team skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- At least 4 years of direct experience in MNC technical support.
- Excellent communication and client-facing/customer service skills.
- Proven ability to think logically and solve problems remotely.
- An adaptable attitude, committed to providing good service.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Windows - all current versions.
- Working knowledge of Domain Structure & Active Directory, Intune.
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN and server room infrastructure.
- Stress tolerance & self-motivation.

- ITIL experience
