Our partner is a consultancy providing **B2B recruiting solutions** to technology companies
**Their core mission**: assist clients and simplify hiring processes.
**What is this job about?**:
In this role as **Talent Acquisition Manager**, your goal is to grow the team and aid recruitment processes.
On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with the internal team and assist in the staffing of positions for clients.
**Your challenges**:
- Work closely with fast-growing companies in Europe
- Organise **scorecards** and **interviews** to analyze applicants
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to maintain and strengthen relationships
- Take responsibility for various projects, helping to provide innovative solutions for the company’s clients
**What do you need to apply?**:
- Language skills**:advanced** (B2-C1+) level of **English**
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in **Recruitment** (and **Human Resources**)
- **Start-up** experience
**Working mindset**:
- Great communicator who isn’t afraid of picking up the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Important**:
- This position is **100% remote**, and can be completed from **Europe or Africa**
- This can either be a **B2B contract** or a **self-employed contract**.
- A VISA is not being offered for this role.
