**About the role**:
Do you have a strong service mindset and quick understanding when dealing with new issues? Do you have a strategic mindset and love working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are an international company seeking an experienced and innovative support agent to join our team in Madrid or Venlo.
In this role, you will be working as a support agent recording, analyzing and processing incoming support requests. You will collaborate with multiple teams to generate great customer satisfaction with customers across Europe. If you're ready to make your mark and thrive in an international company, we would love to hear from you

**Your mission**:

- You record, analyze and process incoming support requests via a ticket system
- Your focus is on processing customer enquiries and complaints
- You work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Management or Software Development to ensure optimal customer satisfaction

**Your profile**:

- Initial experience in customer service, support, sales, or parcel logistics
- Enjoyment of customer contact and hands-on-mentality
- Friendly and solution-orientated conversation skills
- Strong service mindset and quick understanding when dealing with new issues
- Native in Spanish, fluent in written and spoken English
- Customer satisfaction is your top priority
