Explore the exciting opportunities awaiting you within the HR Services International Team at Axpo with this 6 month internship

**What you will do**:

- Assist in managing administrative tasks throughout the employee life cycle, ensuring smooth processes from onboarding to offboarding (excluding recruiting).
- Support various tasks related to business trips for international employees to Switzerland.
- Aid in updating HR systems, including the registration of external employees.
- Participate in national and international HR projects, such as salary review processes, promotions, HR/IT system implementation, and HR process optimization.
- Engage with external providers on HR administration topics for different countries, gaining valuable exposure to global HR administration.
- Collaborate with HR Managers on various tasks and assist in maintaining HR document storage by uploading and updating essential documents in our system.

**What you bring & who you are**:

- Studies in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures in a dynamic setting.
- Strong skills in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Adaptable to change with a willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
