**Job Description Summary**:
Post Sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.
**Essential Responsibilities**
As the Fleet Support Operator, you will:

- Real-time monitoring and response of Renewable Energy power generating assets;
- Escalate and communicate to next level of fleet support when remote troubleshooting is not effective ensuring to provide any relevant information to aid in additional support
- Interface with site team and customer operation center when observe network interruption or loss of communication between power assets and Monitoring System;
- Keep the information of the notifications created in the System update and organized;
- Monitor the ROC notifications for customer requests during the shift and take the necessary actions immediately;
- Resolve SCADA communication problems with the Monitoring System, if it is not possible to resolve, escalate to next level support;
- Provide feedback to drive fault handling procedure continuous improvement;
- Follow ROC procedures to drive standardized global practices;
- Proficiently communicate with internal and external customers via written and verbal communication.
- Document all work performed via guidelines in approved procedures and appropriate playbook via provided digital tools;
- Support as requested grid related power regulation requests (shutdowns, setpoints, curtailment)

**Qualification & Eligibility requirements**:

- Minimum of Associates Degree in Related technical field or minimum 2 years' experience in industry related experience.
- Must be willing to travel 5%
- Legal authorization to work in the E.U. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time;
- Must be willing to work out off on Barcelona´s offices on a 24/7 rotating shift structure including potential on-call support as required;

- Self driven and ability to demonstrate leadership skills including the ability to adopt responsibility and work across multicultural and multifunctional teams.
- Ability to work within structured work methods driven by a sense of urgency and worker reliability.
