Our client is an international company specialising in the turnkey construction of commercial, industrial and large-scale solar installations. They have been a key-player in the solar photovoltaic market for more than 20 years and have established themselves into one Germany's top EPCs and project developers.

They are actively looking for an experienced Spanish speaking Site Manager, who will be responsible for on-site subcontractor services for ground-mounted PV systems, initially in Germany but the focus will shift to Spain and Latin America at a later phase.

This is a great opportunity to join a global player in the renewable energy sector in a strategically important position for the company. It is a permanent role, remote work from any location in Spain or Germany possible.

**Construction Site Manager - Solar (m/w/d)**
- Field: Renewable Energy
- Location: Remote (Spain or Iberoamerican Region)

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Supervision and coordination of contractors on site
- Control of deliveries, quality, quantity and advancements of the work site
- Monitor project performance and ensure that it stays in its timeframe and budget
- Communicate with engineering department and relevant stakeholders
- Involvement in subcontractor change and claim management
- Oversee contracts (price, condition, gurantees, etc.)
- Travel and live on relatively short notice in the country where the projects are located

**Your Profile**
- Completed engineering / industrial engineering degree or similar
- At least one year work experience in the photovoltaics sector
- Very good English and Spanish language skills, German desirable
- Great interest in renewable energies
- High customer orientation
- Details oriented, organized work method
- Leadership experience desirable
- Willingness to work flexibly on various projects
